Родилась 10 июня 1977 года в городе Ленинграде.

В 1999 году окончила Санкт-Петербургский Государственный университет, факультет психологии, кафедру «Политическая психология».

С 1999 по 2002 год проходила обучение в аспирантуре факультета психологии СПбГУ, кафедры «Политическая психология», где успешно защитила кандидатскую диссертацию на тему «Особенности отношения к конкуренции в сферах политики
и предпринимательства в современной России».

С 2001 по 2007 год работала старшим преподавателем факультета психологии СПбГУ, кафедры «Политическая психология».

С 2007 по 2012 год - исполнительный директор культурно-образовательного фонда «Знаменитые универсанты СПбГУ».

С 2007 – секретарь, а затем председатель участковой избирательной комиссия Петроградского района Санкт-Петербурга.

С 2012 года – на государственной службе в Администрации Санкт-Петербурга: работала главным специалистом, а затем начальником отдела координации
государственных программ по межнациональным отношениям Комитета по
внешним связям Санкт-Петербурга.

С 2014 года - начальник управления внешних связей Аппарата Законодательного Собрания Санкт-Петербурга.

3 июня 2015 года избрана депутатами Законодательного Собрания
Санкт-Петербурга членом Санкт-Петербургской избирательной комиссии с правом решающего голоса от Всероссийской политической партии «ЕДИНАЯ РОССИЯ».

Замужем, воспитывает двоих детей.
